BAHAN-BAHANNYA....
2 1/4 CUP FLOUR
1 1/3 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP SHORTENING
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 CUP MILK
1 TEASPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
2 LARGE EGGS
RAISIN
CHOPPED CHOCOLATE
CHOCOLATE CHIPS

METHODNYA...TERINGAT KAK OGY...METHOD PENTING DIK!!!
COMBINE FLOUR,SALT & SUGAR,PUT A SIDE.

MIX SHORTENING,VANILLA ESSENCE & MILK,BEAT FOR 1 MINUTE.

PUT IN EGGS,BEAT FOR 4 MINUTE.

ADD IN FLOUR MIXTURE,BIT BY BIT.

BEAT THE MIXUTE UNTIL FLUFFY FOR 4 MINUTE.

SCOOP INTO PAPER CUP.

PUT IN CHOCOLATE & RAISIN FILLING.

DECORATE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

BAKE IN THE OVEN WITH 180'C FOR 30 MINUTE.

READY TO TELAN!!!

Baru plan nak buat, tengok gambar macam sedap jer... dah chef cakap ghiteww tak berani pulak nak buat. Bukan apa... kalau saya yg buat, lagi ler tak mejadi hehehe selalu buat muffin bantat.
